Cotto tile is a porous material and with high absorbent capacity. In fact a cotto tile floor is a fertile ground for oils and greases which penetrate in depth, creating stains which usually are very difficult to remove.
For this reason, it can be necessary to do an impregnating anti-stain treatment which is oil-water repellent with Protecto Matt Eco. The product, applied evenly on the surface, protects also the grout lines. It penetrates in depth and it reduces the absorbent capacities of the floor, protecting it from greases and oily substances.
